Austin Real Estate

<p>Austin Texas real estate is growing mostly through the towns around Austin. Austin, Texas is a great area that is very attractive to new businesses and residents who are looking for a progressive and eclectic place to live and do business. Part of what makes Austin unique is all of the wonderful towns and communities that surround it. Austin is as dependent on the bedroom communities around it as they are on Austin. Each provides its own blend of history and individualism. There are the beautiful lake communities such as Lakeway, Spicewood and Briarcliff that provide luxury home sites that take advantage of the natural beauty and views of the popular Texas Hill Country and Highland Lakes. This area is also home to a few world renowned golf course communities. The communities of Cedar Park and Leander are growing at a phenomenal rate. Major employers, medical, shopping and entertainment facilities provide residents with many opportunities and choices. While the two areas have always been independent townships they are commingled through boundaries and school districts. Each is dependent on the other and on the larger metropolis of Austin for opportunity and growth. Round Rock and Georgetown provide the area with a rich and colorful history. Each of these communities have embraced a progressive and forward thinking economical environment while at the same time preserving and celebrating the rich history that has made them the popular cities they are. South of Austin located off of I-35 there are two communities whose growth has surpassed expectations of many in the Austin area. The communities of Buda and Kyle offer home buyers affordable living, a small town atmosphere with big city amenities just a few minutes away. Each is an incorporated city but whose ties are so intermingled they share in all of the available amenities and future possibilities. Both Buda and Kyle are served by the Hays Consolidated School District. Communities to the east of Austin have seen the landscape change albeit more quietly than other areas around Austin. From the Hutto and Copeland areas to Manor and Elgin, new home developments have spread throughout the area. The new home developments have brought affordable homes into a country setting. With the influx of all the people there has been substantial economic growth including the expansion of existing businesses and the development of new ones. The fast pace growth requires new schools, new roads and new ideas to continue forward and maintain the charm and integrity of these areas. The areas southeast of Austin, including Del Valle, Cedar Creek and Bastrop are also seeing a major change in their growth as developers, investors and homebuyers discover the charm that some of the communities have to offer and the diversity in landscape that is available. These communities offer not only a unique blend of housing and business opportunities but also offer residents close proximity to Austin â€"Bergstrom Airport, downtown Austin and major highways that provide access to all of the Austin Metro and surrounding communities. The City of Austin is a brilliant and exciting city with a lot to offer anyone who wants to take a look. Residents in Austin and the surrounding communities share a bond that is rich in history and cultural diversity. Each providing its own brand of uniqueness that makes Austin a little "Weird".
